I the early hours of the 10/02/2016 i set up an account with bet victor online bookmakers. I deposited £165 spending some on virtual racing and placing some on the horse racing ,the same day. At 08.15am of the same day i was emailed by them saying my account was suspended until i supplied them with my driving licence, passport, utility bill and bank statement. when i emailed them back saying i did not want to send all this to them (because this would give them total access to my identity) they informed me that if i did not send these items to them that they would keep my money. My complaint is that if they are so adamant that they needed these documents for me to gamble on there site then they should not have taken any deposits until they had them. And that if i do not want to send these documents it does not give them the right to keep my money.

All the information i put on there registration form was correct, i am willing to verify my details with you. On the 10/02/2016 i made 15 deposits between 12 and 5 am, My account was frozen at 7.48 am on the same day.They are using there terms and conditions to keep the money of people who do not want to give them total access to their banks and ID. I have there email stating this.
